“Using an infrared sauna offers you a healthier, more peaceful method of healing your body.”
I have spent the past seven years researching and using infrared saunas. My most recent book, Need for Heat: A Complete Guide to Far Infrared Saunas chronicles my journey with infrared saunas from their origins in pre-Greco Roman Society, to current scientific research documenting their significance in improving heart health, cancer patients, and more.
