Warranty
All of our Blackstone In Home Saunas include a 3 year warranty with your purchase, this warranty needs to be activated within 30 days of receiving your sauna in your home or picking up from one of our stores. Please follow the link below to our warranty activation form.
*Please note that you will not receive any sort of confirmation of your warranty, however if there is an issue or discrepancy with your form, you will be contacted by a service agent, if you don't hear from us you warranty is active.
RETURNS
Blackstone Saunas does not carry a Return or Exchange policy. All sales are final, if there issues with your sauna they can be repaired and parts can be replaced. Due to the fact the our saunas are meant for health & leisure we cannot take back any saunas, opened or sealed boxes of Infrared Saunas.
